Kudos Sports Services is a specialist consultancy working across sport, education, and performance environments. The business was established to provide high-quality, evidence-led support in four key areas: bid writing, assessment, club development and performance coaching.

The consultancy supports organisations to secure funding, develop people, and deliver sustainable programmes. Work is grounded in a strong understanding of public-sector expectations, quality assurance frameworks, and performance development principles.

Expertise & Experience

The business brings proven experience in Turing Scheme applications, facility development funding, and sporting project bids, alongside qualified assessment practice within apprenticeship and vocational education settings. In addition, selective performance coaching and mentorship is delivered within a rugby context, supporting players across the physical, technical, tactical, and psychological domains. Club development planning and support is available across all sports.

All services are delivered by a UKCC Level 3 Rugby Coach and qualified assessor, with a track record of supporting individuals and organisations to achieve meaningful outcomes.
