Personal data is used solely to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed services, and meet legal or professional obligations. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary. We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Funding Readiness Checklist

When you buy and complete the Funding Readiness Checklist, Kudos Sports Services collects your purchaser email address, club profile, project and funding information, checklist answers, report and any optional follow-up request. Please provide club-level or aggregated information only. Do not include sensitive information or personal details about individual participants.

We use this information to process your payment, provide access to one checklist submission, prepare and store your tailored report, administer the service, and understand club readiness patterns by sport and area. If you request follow-up support, we may contact you once about your checklist; this does not sign you up to a general mailing list.

Stripe processes payments. OpenAI’s API helps prepare reports from checklist answers. Cloudflare provides the Site’s hosting and database. These providers receive information as needed to provide the service and may process it outside the UK under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We keep checklist records for up to 24 months after submission. If you pay but do not submit a checklist, we delete the Site record after 24 months without activity. Stripe may keep its own transaction records under its separate retention practices.
